AZ Global Consulting Limited is pleased to bring you our 2024 International Aluminum Conference. This will be our 12th International Conference. Our conference will be held in Kunming, September 25-27. Our theme this year is “Global Challenges, Individual solutions.” In the 5 years since we were last in Kunming, much has changed in terms of the industry’s recognition of the challenges coming from climate change. As an industry, we need to reduce our impact on the environment. Whether it be from CO2, methane, spent pot linings, bauxite residue or other pollutants, we have a lot of work to do. The thing is, inside the industry, we have known this for several years. But outside our industry, we are being challenged to lift our game. Not only that, we are sometimes attacked through disinformation or misinformation.
